My Legs Are So Sore Today, Ouch!! - Restless Leg Syndrome Message Board

I must have had a bad night sleeping last night and I haven't taken my magnesium and potassium because my urologist told me not to take it, well I think I will start taking them again.

Has anyone ever had one of them days where when you wake up and your leg feels like it has a permanent cramp in it, mine did all day. My legs feel so heavy also like when I walk my legs don't want to move, they feel so tired.

I have taken Liquid Advil Gels 3 of them today and the pain is not leaving my leg, I have done my daily workout and alot of walking and it just won't leave.

I have a feeling once I go to bed tonight my legs are gonna do alot of dancing.

Well I just needed to really vent, hopefully my legs will feel better tomorrow.

I've had severe RLS for years (using Neurontin, L-Dopa and Clonazepam), but I've never had the terrible leg pain of which you speak.... only the creepy and crawly "bugs in my legs", "I HAVE to move them" thing. I know that everyone is different; but, the fact that you are in such excruciating pain, kind of disturbs me. Things like blod clots cause severe leg pain also.... perhaps you should ask your Dr. to check into it.....
