| Neuromuscular Stimulator for rls
I have posted before and gave some background to my problem (check denof3) at any rate it’s no different than most of you. Lately it has bothered me much more and at different points in the day. I have discovered something that helps a lot it does not make it go away but it calms my leg down quite a bit. I have been using a Neuromuscular Stimulator it’s a small unit that runs on batteries and can be clipped to your belt. The wires hang down and there are pads attached to each one they are sticky and I place them over the muscle that feels like it’s twitching and turn it on to as high as I can stand it seems to be about half strength. It does work for me it keeps me from constantly moving my leg now that awful feeling you get thru your whole body is still there but at least you get a little piece. It also does seem to make it go away faster. There are a number of web sites that sell these and range in price from $ 1,000 to $ 60.00 and you will have to do your homework on them because there is also some that produce what is calls TENS ( I’ll let you do the reading on that ) at any rate I purchased one with some ad on for $ 210.00 . If you not sure what I am taking about they are the same thing that has been advertized to give you better abs while you sit and do nothing the way you put it on is a little different but that’s it. Like I I know many of you are always searching for something that will help you might want to look into this……….Good Luck
