Welcome to the boards!!!

RLS specifically refers to leg movements but there are other movement disorders as well that affect other areas of the body...periodic limb movement syndrome and parkinson's disease are 2 conditions that come immediately to mind.

I get RLS, but not every night. When it gets bad, I feel it in my arms and lower back, so yes, I believe it can affect more than just legs!
