is this restless arm syndrome?

I'm third trimester pregnant and cannot figure out what is wrong with me. I have a weird feelings in my hands and arms sometimes my right leg. It feels "TICKLISH" not literally where I have to laugh but sensitive and ticklish like not enough oxygen and feels like my tendons or nerves/muscles feel weakish. But no pain just uncomfortable sensation... it's difficult to describe. But when I sleep it goes away but I feel it during the day or I am more aware of it during the day. I was anemic not sure If I still am.

Sometimes it switches sides, one day it will be my left hand the next my right hand... it's so weird.

Anemia can cause some body movements as can deficiencies in one's electrolytes. Have you reported this to your OBGYN? If not, I would encourage you to do so.
There are many different causes for these kinds of symptoms but given you're pregnant, I would start there.

You may find more on the baby to be boards...

Re: is this restless arm syndrome?

Restless limbs are more common during pregnancy, and it sounds like you are having it, but as the previous poster mentions, talk to your OBGYN.
