when i go to sleep at night or lay down i sometimes get a burning sensation in my thighs.it also feels numb to the touch.i doesn't last long about 2-5mins .so im wondering whats this from

You might suffer from paresthesia which is a result of damaged sensory nerve, or just nerve damage in general. Also, such symptoms might be attributed to diabetes, so I would go see your doctor about this. Hope this helps.
