leg is cold

For some reason, all day today my right leg keeps getting goose bumps and is feeling cold. I was even outside in very hot temps and even then it was feeling cold and I kept getting goosebumps.
I'm sitting here now and it's still feeling that way, but now that I'm sitting my leg is feeling tingly. Does this sound like RLS?
My left leg just feels normal like usual.

Re: leg is cold

You know what? I figured it out. Last night while in bed I felt that the very top of my leg where it meets a joint or something at the very lower part of my back, anyway, it feels like a tiny muscle part or maybe nerve got a tiny bit pinched or twisted. I think that is what's making my leg feel tingly and strange'ish.
odd
