What worked for me -
took requip for 2 years. really grogy during the day - gained weight and my blood pressure was dangerously high.
quit requip cold turkey - not pretty. started walking 8 - 10 miles per day. reduced calorie intake and cut out alcohol.
results - lost 35 pounds, blood pressure just a little above normal, NO leg cramps or pain.
walking caused tons of stress relief - wonder if all the misery I had with my legs was weight, stress, alcohol, and blood pressure?
any how - life is MUCH better!
