It's almost weird. Someone suggested putting a bar of Ivory Soap under the bottom sheet on my bed for RLS and leg cramps. It shows how desperate I've been over this, but I actually did it. When I went to bed I thought' "I'm in for it." My legs were already feeling twitchy, but I did it anyway. Within minutes of lying down my legs relaxed and I fell asleep!!!!!!!!! Not only that, I stayed asleep all night and woke up rested. I know that on one night's experience I cannot be sure about this, but the bar of soap will remain in my bed until it proves to be just another old wives tale.
