Then I found out that if I faithfully took - 2 - 400 International Units of Vitamin E (REALLY cheap at Sam's Club) I buy 2 bottles of 400 International Units at a time- 500 each in a bottle) under $24.00 - they last almost a year.
Should I forget (and I can) I'm up & running for the Vitamin E bottle which must be refrigerated and will take 2-3 of the 400 I.U. of Vit. E....within 30-45 minutes, I can go back to bed, read or do something quiet with my mind for a few minutes and I go back to sleep - restless legs gone
