 Do I have RLS?
When I'm falling asleep, I sometimes jerk myself awake...is this normal, or is this an RLS thing? My girlfriend also says that sometimes I jerk during the night. I also am somewhat fidgety through the day, something I thought was just a habit or high anxiety levels.
I've never heard of RLS before, but I saw this post and looked it up, and some of the stuff sounds like me. Am I overreacting, or do you think I could have this? Thank you for your input.
