Diaphragmatic Breathing Helps
I have had RLS for many years and have recently started doing diphragmatic breathing exercises for panic/anxiety (probably related to RLS and other sleep disorders I have). I have found that as I do these exercises, my legs loose the desire to move, but as soon as I stop, they get that feeling back. With luck, I doze-off before this happens. Anyone else have this experience or have any non-drug tips for relief?
