I'm a registered Massage Therapist and I couldn't even figure it out for years. I felt a little better after I upped the B12, Iron, cal, Mag, drank more water, etc because all these things are good for muscles. Well about 2 months ago my husband said, maybe you just need a good calf massage. I was like why would I went I'm fine all day?
So every 3rd night he massages my calfs and I haven't had RLS since.
So there you go. Either massage yourself, get a friend or someone to get in there and massage those calfs quit deep.
