Yes, I am on both and a whole lot more.
Diabetes, Arthritis, Nerve damage, cholesterol, restless leg, depression, and last but no least, can't sleep.
As a result, I'm on a bunch. I hope this helps you to determine if ok for you. Keep in mind, I am 6'9" and about 290 male, 28. Just want you to have enough to go with on this decision.
Cholesterol Lopid 600 MG twice a day
Arthritis Ultram 50MG 4 times a day
Sleepless-ness Ambien 10mg at bedtime
Depression Wellbutrin 150mg twice a day
Diabetes Avandia 4mg twice day
" Glyburide 10 MG twice a day
Now, the important ones:
Mirapex 2mg at bedtime, I used to take 1.0 during the day and 2.5 at bedtime. Trying a lower dose to try and cut out some meds.
Neurontin 300MG twice a day. Morning and bedtime.
I also used to take Klonopin 3mg at bed time. Cut that out, but may need to go back because of the severe leg shaking, which I now find that there is a link between diabetes and RLS.
The mirapex at the 1.0 and 2.5 with the 300 MG of neurontin worked well. With the Klonopin it was working great. I've been on Neurontin now for about 4 years and think I need to either increase dosage, which I will not do by choice, or get off it. It seems to not be working too much that's why.
I sure hope that help. I have a posing under Diabetes if you'd like to contact me, or I will check on your response from time to time too.
Good luck. |
