My reply to "not alone"...Hang in there. There are lots of things you might try, if you havent already, like diet changes: I find sugar to be a culprit, and have less rls when I eat very little, or no, sugar. Also exersize, like walking but early in the day, not too late. About diet, some people find that wheat is not good for rls, a lot of people have a wheat allergy, but dont know it.
