Hi

When i lie down and when i sleep, i get a twitching in my legs, mainly my left one at the moment.

It kind of builds up and up then my leg spasms, i can feel it building up till it does this, and it starts doing it as soon as i lay down.

My ex partner said i used to "waggle" my legs in my sleep too.

I have been getting this for a long time now, i would say at least 7yrs but have not yet mentioned it to my doctor or had any treatment for it.

Is this RLS?
