Now it all makes sense...
I came on to this board to visit the diet tread... as I was glancing over the topics, I paused at this one about the Restless Leg Syndrome...
I had no idea there actually was such a thing, but I'm one of these people whose leg always pistons up and down a million miles an hour when I sit down (it is right now in fact) so I was curious to read more about it.
I've also frequently been bothering by "tingling" on the inside of my legs when I got to sleep, and sometimes it's more than tingles too, it feels like someone is stretching a rubber band inside my leg & letting it go so it whips me on the inside of my leg, & once in awhile I'll have bad cramps for no apparent reason when I sleep.
The more I read about RLS the more I realize that I may have a version of it. My brother I know does also have the restless leg, I have never asked if he's bothered by tinglings & cramps too.
I don't really have a question or anything, I just found it kind of relieving to see this topic & the fact that I can actually link multiple symptoms I have noticed over the years to this, it's great when things fall into place.
I also wanted to say thanks to everyone who is sharing their views & experiences about this, it has been really helpful & has definitely cleared up a lot of things for me.
