RLS and "dead arms" - Restless Leg Syndrome Message Board

I have been diagnosted with RLS but I am not 100% I have it. I don't have many of the classic symptoms, ie. a creepy crawly sensation on the legs, movement during sleep, etc, but I do have tingling sensation in the legs when crossed and my arms fall asleep at night when above my head but not under my pillow. And my arms get the sensation that they want to fall "asleep" during the day.
I am taking Mirapex .125 and the helps but not 100%
Does anyone have a similar experience?

I Think I may have it dont have the bug crawling feeling but at night when i settle down for the evening my legs feel tight I caonstantly need to move tham around and flex my calf and foot, its a very irritating feeling , Im trying to stay away from caffeine I have thyroid problems on medication for that they seem to go hand and hand

you could just have postural hypotension, if you have low blood pressure. i get tingly all the time and pass out if i stand up too fast.
