Having an issue with RLS I received info that magnesium supplements are a good treatment. I've been taking magnesium for over a week now and do see much improvement though not 100 per cent, did have a case of it last night; was able to go back to sleep.
Do wonder if magnesium calcium combination is more effective, or another combination.
I have found that both do help, so I take 500mg MG and 500 mg Ca at bedtime. These are not maximum doses but the combo helps me more than 1 or the other alone.I also take Sinemet 10/100mg at bedtime which helps alot. It is RX.
