Restless leg syndrone
At last, I have found that wearing pressure stockings completly soles the problem. NHS reccomends and uses 'covidien' brand, can be bought on Amazon for about £12.

Sleeping with two bars of unwrapped bath soap such as Dove or others will stop the restless legs.

Doctors agree this works but they have no clue why. I use it and it has been great for restless legs and feet cramps.

Also avoiding Vitamin E will solve restless legs for some people.
