I took 1/4mg requip starter last night and was awake all night. legs jumping, I was taking 1mg mirapex why did the requip not work at all. should I have had morethe mirapex does not seem to work that well. I am 85. I need some advice please

Hi there,

I also suffer with RLS and take requip 3 mg. I need to take mine a good hour before bedtime for it to work best for me.

Perhaps the dosage is too little or you need a bit more time to adjust to the medication. I would mention it to your doctor for exact advice.

My doctor just order for me to take 1/2mg and if that did not work to take 4 pills, they are .25 mgHe wanted me to go to sinemet but I keep saying no. He is just a gp and not up on rls, I enjoyed this health board because I get help and answer, I do know that 1mg is not enough but I do not know if I dare take more. the pills are.25mg
