Been RLS Free for over a 6 weeks!!
I'm not sure which of the two is the reason but, I quit eating wheat and I'm taking CoQ10. I feel great from not eating wheat but I was put on Coenzyme
(CoQ10) because I tried as different cholesterol medication and my cholesterol went up and was having starting to have tingling in my finger tips. This is besides the RLS I've had for the past couple years. My RLS was mostly in my arms evry night and sporadically in my legs. 6 weeks ago I started taking CoQ10, the same time I stopped eating anything with wheat. I've even been drinking coffee and some cocktails again without any reoccurrence of RLS. Obviously this is just another of many things to try but, it happened by accident. Nothing else has worked and I didn't do this with RLS in mind. Just trying to eat healthier. Just wanted to share in hopes that it might help others. God Bless!
