I have had rls symptoms for years, they have always been annoying but never to a point where I couldn't just ignore it, I did get diagnosed with mild rls almost two years ago. However since I started this new job, sitting at a desk all day, and it seems to be getting worse now over the past year. I have a couple questions that I hope you all can help me with
1) am I the only person who has these symptoms at any time of the day? I actually seem to get my symptoms more often during the day than I do at night.
2) I also get my symptoms over my whole body, is this much more rare? And does it mean my rls is more severe than I think it is?
Yesterday was the worst day of rls I can ever remember and I am not sure what to do, I see that there are medications out that help some people but I am afraid of the side effects they seem to have. Please any information will be Greatly appreciated!!
EDIT: I have found that taking some melatonin (1-6 mg) at night allows me to sleep but that doesn't help for the daytime symptoms
