Yes, RLS causes an uncontrollable urge to move the legs. Your legs feel fidgety, irritable and walking around or moving is the only thing that helps. Neurologists treat RLS, so the Dr caring for your MS could help with that. There are several meds that work well, plus calcium and magnesium at bedtime can help. I would ask your Dr for something to try, and keep working on it until you get some relief. It is officially called Willis-Ekbord Disease (sp?) now, as the name was officially changes just this week.
