It has been mqny months since I have posted anything. I originally posted because I received a diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis. Long story short, after many tests and two rhuematologists, the last one ruled it out and said that either I did not ever have it (false positive) or I was in remission. That was about two years ago. Recently I have developed more pain in my legs that can be so disruptive especially at night. I have dealt with this for many years and have been treating varicose veins, which helped somewhat. But recently I have started having pain in my arms as well. It feels like I have over exercized(which I haven't) aching, persistent pain. It worsened around the holidays, probably from eating all the wrong foods, but I have been trying to eat low sugar (which seems to make the pain worse, more inflamation) lots of fruit and vegetables, etc. I also take supplements; fish oil, vitamin D, B, C, magnesium, cucuramin. Use alkaline drops in my water. Still, I have pain.
Any thoughts or advice? I plan to go back to my DO for pain in my left foot again. There is a small bump (feels like on or in the bone)on the top of the foot. Painful. Any ideas?
