I've been experiencing what I can describe as a bubbly/vibration feeling mainly in might right leg (calf area) at night. I typically only feel it creep up when I'm at rest and normally when in bed. It goes away temporarily when I move my leg and then usually comes back again. Does this sound like RLS?
Not exactly. RLS feels like a fidgety, uncontrollable urge to move one's legs when trying to rest them. It is impossible to keep them still, and sometimes there is a deep aching pain with it. It keeps you from sleeping, and after a while of thrashing around, people tend to give up on falling asleep and get up and walk around, which gives some temporary relief until you try to lie down again and the restless, fidgetting starts all over.
