 rosacea question
My doctor has just diagnosed me with rosacea and prescribed a gel called metrogel .75%. I am confused, however, after researching rosacea on the web. The pictures show peoples faces with a lot of redness and bumps. My symptoms for the past several months has been a peeling nose (my skin actually has been flaking off in small chunks) and clogged pores. My nose is red and burns somewhat, but that could be cause I keep peeling off the dead skin. Other than some persistent pimples on my chin that is about the extent of my skin problems. Maybe a mild case of rosacea? I don't have the flushed face either that seems to be common with rosacea.
Sorry, I'm rambling, but could anyone with some insight on rosacea share their opinions and also advice. I would greatly appreciate it!
