| hypothyroidism and rosacea
I have hypothyroidism and rosacea. The Levoxyl made the redness and flushing worse (actually I did not even know I had rosacea until I started taking the Levoxyl). I stopped taking it and the flushing calmed down. But, the hypothyroid symptoms got worse. So, my Dr. wanted me to try Synthroid. This made the flushing come back with nodules on my nose and small bumps on the rest of my face. So, I have stopped taking that, but now I have all the hypothyroid symptoms as before plus a constant feeling of a lump in my throat. Was wondering if anyone else has rosacea and Hypothyroid and if you have found a medicine that does not flare up your rosacea.
