Question Little bumps?

Hello everyone! I've noticed hundreds of small bumps on the back side of my 9 year old sons arms and back. They look like real small goose-bumps but are their all the time. No redness or anything to cause alarm, just wondering what they could be, and if we can get rid of them.

Re: Little bumps?

Maybe Rosacea? Try using AmLactil Lotion. It used to be prescription, but is now over the counter at Walgreen's in the regular lotion department. I had them for a long time when I was little, but that got rid of them in about 2 months with daily application before bed. Good Luck!
