I am a 66 year old male.I had a thin nose,the last 10 years the
bottom above the nastrols is a lot biger and a bit redish .i don't
dring

You may have Rosacea. Redness is an indication of Rosacea. Do you see small tiny bloodvessels on your nose and or cheeks?

Rosacea will cause the nose to get larger.

I have Rosacea and my nose is getting larger. It was skinny a few years ago.
