Angry v-beam induced rosacea

I have rosacea that I am sure was caused by laser treatments.
I've had six V beam treatments ( non-purpuric ) There was no blister or scar afterward.
But, 3 months later, this weird burning sensation has started to appear.

I was told many times from dermatologists that there was no way that the laser caused any serious damage to the skin.
and My derm said that I could of had underlying Rosacea that was stimulated by the laser. but I am sure I didn't have underlying rosacea.. Any food, heat, physical activities, sun, emotions ...
all of them didn't cause even slight flare-ups to my face before the laser treatment.

I know many people in this forum have found the Vbeam to be excellent.
So I can't figure out what's been wrong.
I never felt burning sensation before the V-beam treatment. My vbeam procedures were given for my red acne spots not for rosacea.

Is there anyone who's in the same situation as me ?
Does anyone in here think laser really could induce rosacea ?

If anyone can give me some opinions
I would greatly appreciate it. thanks
