Wink This is better than Metrogel for ROSACEA

Metrogel never really worked that well for me, even using twice as much as prescribed. I still woke up in the middle of the night with that 'bugs crawling over my face' tickling. I now use Trader Joe's SPA Face Wash with Tea Tree Oil. After a week or two, my skin has completely calmed down and I haven't used the Metrogel in months. If you don't have a Trader Joe's near you, I think Amazon has it. I also bought the tea tree oil and used it a few times, but it is very pungent so not good for day use. You may try it at night if you have a difficult case.
(Niote: My level of Rosacea was that tickling from the neck up constantly, especially around the mouth and even inside the nose, a few bumps under the skin on my cheeks and the signature redness. If your level is worse, I'd try it anyway.)

I can also admit that metro cream did not work at all for me. However, the tea tree oil helped a little bit. Maybe the improvement was caused by the fact that my breakouts have calmed down a bit.
