Does anyone on this board have disorganized or catatonic schizophrenia? Or does everyone have paranoid.

Whoa, I've always been curious what it's like to go catatonic. Can you think while you're catatonic? Do you feel it coming on? Can you be moved by other people or are you really tense? How long does it last? Do you remember it when you come out of it?

i mean the time i went through it at its most tence i cant renember it that much, i had loads of drugs and stuff so it was quite blurry, sometimes i notice my boady to be in stranges positions for a while like i wiould have my arm in mid air then i would notic e it and bring it down.
I could think but my thoughts come in different ways, u can be moved, i can renember one of the doctors picking up my arm and when he let go of it it just stayeed their, i dint realy notice it coming on.

I've never met anyone who has any type of schizophrenia other than paranoid and I've always been interested in talking to someone who has disorganized or catatonic because they just seem fascinating to me, the mind is a powerful thing. But anyways I never imagined it like that. So it will just happen without any warning and you'll just hold ***arre positions? I saw the movie awakened or awakening (I forgot the title) but it had Robert DeNiro in it and it was about catatonic patients. It was a good movie but they had a different kind of catatonia. They were also catatonic for decades. So can you talk when you are or not?
