I am looking for any recommendations for a treatment center for a young adult. This is my goddaughter who will turn 18 next month, has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, and has lost most of her senior year in high school to the disease. She lives in the Chicago area and her school district will pay for her for a residential treatment center where she could finish high school and learn some life skills. This residential treatment center could be anywhere in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, or Indiana, but not exclusively limited to those states if a very good center could be recommended elsewhere.
