I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. My first psychotic episode was terrifying and I'm hoping you're getting the support you need.
I too used to have a hard time talking to my p doc. Looking back I think he knew I was having trouble, but I never opened up in those days. It seemed like so much work and so painful to say anything. Physcialy painful. Just tell her you're unable to talk. I know you're scared. I wish I could offer more help. Just keep posting, I think you'll get the help you need. BTW, I'm new here too and am trying to find my way around. AmVan
