Timing dysfunctions n schizophrenia

I was reading a science magazine at library n encountered an article that said that schizophrenics cannot easily compensate in a computer game with altered reaction times(such as deliberate miliseconds delays in controlling an aircraft with mouse). I read that this may explain why schizophrenics feel that their an external force is in control of their senses, since their brain incorrectly analyzies the chronology of events. ie they feel as though external stimuli happens spontanaeously before being consious of it.
