Why is it so hard to lose weight on risperidal?
I am currently on 6mg of risperidal tablet form and finding it hard to lose weight! Y is this so??

I have just started resistance training will this help me??

i was on this same medication and dose and it caused me to be extremely hungry. you need to maintain a healthy diet or exercise plane to keep the weight off.
