To all you who are suffering with various mental illnesses, I do know it can be difficult at times for you. The main thing is to stay on your meds and touch base with your pdocs on a regular basis. Support from family, loved ones and friends is extremely important. Sharing with them can give them an understanding in what you are dealing with. Counselling is another thing which can be helpful because it in turn can give you an understanding in what may be fuzzy in trying to understanding yourself. I guess what it all adds up to is getting an understanding and a handle on this thing and maybe just maybe it can help some.
