Schizoaffective Disorder

Can somebody tell me what they know about schizoaffective? I had a psychosis last year and was hospitalized twice. My orignal diagnoses are PTSD and bipolar. I have a psych history over 20 years old. I have been on meds for that long. During psychosis I was delusional and hearing voices tell me what to do, I am on meds but I have heard voices 3 times now in the past year. At the hospital the first time they said I was schizoaffective. I am very concerned about the voices I hear. Once it was a man's voice telling me to kill myself, once it was a woman's voice telling me to go to the doctor and once it was a woman's voice saying good morning to me. These voices always happen when I am laying in bed relaxed or just about to fall asleep. They were followed by ptsd flashbacks. I would like to learn more about schizoaffective. I am presently in a group therapy for people who hear voices which I find helpful.
