no i think it's akathisia which is different from anxiety.
i have new rules:
1. i feel good until the day of akathisia
2. before akathisia i feel mental unease
3. if akathisia starts late like 9pm then it only take an hour(until 10pm).
4. otherwise takes 3 hours
5. happens once every four days.
I currently take 450mg of quetiapine in divided doses.

I read that seroquel has low chance of EPS and akathisia like clozapine. But you don't need blood tests
I go to Korea at 13th Jan and I am concerned that I will develop akathisia while I'm overseas. This will be a particularly painful scenario.
I'm praying to God for a change in prognosis.

i rang nurse and she basically said there is no such thing as akathisia and i should focus on how 'clozapine makes me feel good' and stop obsessing.
but what i experience is real. i feel absolutely terrified.

this woman is obviously either out of her mind or has had no experiences with antipsychotics whatsoever. it's good to focus on how meds help you, but that doesn't mean they make you "feel good." they feel AWFUL sometimes.

Took it for a few days in a row now 2mg twice a day.
This is fourth day since last akathisia. I stayed in library today and came home after 7 pm. It was good.

The fact you don't have any akathesia abroad could mean it is related to your evironment?
I could be wrong.
maybe synapse. but doc told me it takes 4 months for invega sustenna to leave my body. it could be that invega left in my body were causing it and now it is out of my system.
