thx for prayer
i did get akathisia today so once every 5 days
but i had a miracle
i just lied down for a few hours and i was able to do this

That is what I have to do - lie down preferably in a darkened room and close my eyes.

Have you thought about using a mood stabiliser?

I take your point. But if it happens at work or on a train for eg it is difficult to control. I have to keep looking for a cure, Koolguy, I can't give up looking.
