I was just like you. Every woman is different. I did spot or start bleeding again when I did a lot of walking or lifting. Your still healing so if you start doing a lot of activities I'm sure it...

What I would do is only pump it out when you can no longer handle how full they get. Then little by little pump less. The less you pump the less milk you will produce. It shouldn't take that long...
