I'm not and never have been a health care worker, but as no-one seems to have answered you, I'm offering you my 2 cents. I've had 2 bouts of radiotherapy am now 68 and have not had so much as a cold...

The title says it all. I've just discovered that I am not covered by the British NHS (after paying national insurance for 45 years). I can pay for it to be done at the European centre of excellence...
