I did. Now this is not a replacement for your doctor's advice, but I weaned very very slowly.
I went from 2x a day down to 1x a day for about 2 weeks just to give it time to adjust.

okay first of all, change doctors. Find one with a better attitude. I am stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, mets to my lung in 2010. 2 weeks before my 1 yr anniversary, they discovered a brain tumor....
