Yeah I was in the same boat. Went to the doc for some strange beats, and told he could hear a murmur. First time I ever heard that, and freaked me out. The Cardiologist said he was not concerned.

I would not worry, it's probably adrenaline that get shot into your heart by the time you reach the top of the stair. I get this, but I can also get skipped or double beats sometimes when it happens...

Well first thing, my opinion, get off the weed. if you have sleep issues there are plenty of other healthy natural things you can try.
Second, go to the doctor who will at least run some blood...
