I really wasn't up to playing and picking up the kids until 2 weeks after a total thyroidectomy. The hardest part is they dont understand...even if you tell them to be carefull. They want to hug...

soy blocks absorption of iodine....include radioactive.
It is probably safe in the begining but I won't risk it. I just miss butter/margrine since they...

Since soy blocks the absorption/uptake of iodine in your system why can't we have it on our LID diet?
Looking for unsalted margarine, but they are all chalked full of soy.
