- Buy some CBT books (cognitive behavioral therapy that focuses on the thoughts and feelings that trigger...

Thats a load of rubbish, id love you to try stand on a stage and sing whilst having a panic attack and everyone staring at you, once you try it you wont feel selfish you'll feel scared.
