i have made it one week ! cold turkery never thought it the past i could ever do it that way ! but now im convinced its the only way to go..stretching it out over weeks and months is to much mentally...

well i made it thru another day !!!this is day 5 ! im so proud of myself..once again i promise i wont smoke today..ill be praying for me and everyone else on this journey..:p

well its almost day 4 and im still hanging in there..im feeling better about it..im starting to feel like i can do this ! posting here as helped even though no one has respomded..it helps me to write...
