I ran into the same problem as you did, took me almost a dozen times to find a DR that would help me, since my PCP had me on Oxycodone, every PM dr that I found wanted me off it.

I think your going to have a hard time, I live in NNJ, and I went to 7 PM Dr's, 6 of them wouldn't not prescribe any opioids, and the 7th one wanted to put me on a Bupe patch, which would of been no...

Just for reference 20 of Oxymorphone equals 12mg of hydromorphone. You'll probably need 16mg. Just guessing here, everyone is different.
