One thing I do suggest is that when you can sleep, set an alarm to remind you to get up and take your meds. You definitely don't want to get behind on it.

I know each person heals differently but when I had my subtalar fusion, t/n fusion and achilles lengthening, I was NWB for 12 weeks. You could try a bone growth stimulator to help speed the process....
