Yes, the polyp was removed, all polyps are removed so that there isn't a chance they can turn to cancer, some can and some can't, but it isn't known until they are removed and biopsied. Hems are not...

Sounds like it could be small sebaceous cysts, I have some of what you are describing on the labia minora. Doctors look at the entire area when doing an exam. To rest your mind, make an appt and ask.
